Complaint about casino gaming at Palace Station

The shift manager dont want to see the customer , who lose 10800 dollars one nigh. I cant do anything about it and I cannot to see you.

Not coming My money is processing

Didn't mean to say that I am having problems with my withdrawal my winnings. I would recommend all. My friend to join and play.

Station casino teaming up with a man who wanted Marshal law in the United States of America

As a two decade + customer of station casino properties, this is the first time I have complained about about my experience. The support for mike lindell and the my pillow brand along with his pushing for Marshall Law is very disturbing and I am very disappointed in station casino and will no longer support any of the station casino since they have teamed up with my pillow .

I am asking for assistance

I been a customer for years and o am out of state. Recently, I stayed at Palace Station Casino 11/21/2021 - 11/24/2021. I been playing Bacarat the entire stay; evening and morning. I play minimum of $120.00 per hand to include bonus bets. I know I played over 500 hands in the time I stayed at your property. I was not treated well with the Host name Tori Ortega: 702-221-****. She was not professional in her manner and I felt like I was treated badly and not of interest. I then spoke to the Manager on duty name Jay Chen who was more confused without any help from him. I stay at RedRock and I wanted to enjoy my stay at Palace Station and unfortunately I was given the cold shoulder after spending my money there. Every time I played at a different table I asked the pit boss to make sure to transfer me to the table I am playing in which they back each time. Now, I only asked for a $120.00 comp for my meal and for the upgrade of my room total. I been playing in casinos over 24 years and I never had this happen to me with respect to your stations. Recent Sunset Station Hotel Stay

The first room reeked of marijuana so badly that I became ill and hysterical. I was charged for my stay. Two days later, I discovered that they had charged me for the stay, plus the deposit and were still holding over $463 of my money. I should have paid $495, but paid $572. I am still waiting on a return phone call

Palace and Boulder casinos treat you like most of their clientele, drugs, *** homeless and drunks. I am neither however that is what I feel when I have an issue and I approach any staff members

I left my phone on the cage counter window 4 at 2:55pm. I did a report with security. He stated surveillance didn't see a phone. I'm 100 percent sure I did. It's IPhone 11 all my chemo appointment and medical contact information is in there. It's my faults I understand my phone is only important to me, getting old and medical condition don't help much with my delay memory. My phone blended in with the cash global and credit card machine on the counter. I'm sure if the surveillance team just look or zoom in Little closer they will see my black phone case on the counter.

User's recommendation: I recommend Green valley. Palace station and Boulder station have the lowest class of people therefore the staff treat you as a low class customer. They assume everyone is on drugs alcohol or *** in those two areas. Therefore any issues or concern you have with those two property it goes on deaf ear. I live near Boulder but prefer to play at Green valley.

I am not allow to enter the casinos and they are holding 200. dollars deposit from palace station casino

they blame for a 55 inches t.v. that was stolen from a room at palace station a man called roberto pacheco stole my wallet and room key and he was able to walked from the lobby of palace station ., the questions where was security and the camaras ???? i presented charges in metro police department and with dective mrs wilson i moved to florida orlando be awereplease check

Mask mandate at Wildfire

A friend and I stopped at Wild Fire on Sunset and Marks in Henderson yesterday. We sat at the bar and ordered two beers. The beers came and just after I took my first sip, we were informed by the server that we would have to wear our masks between sips. *** I frequent other restaurants and bars in the area, no of which require this. I paid for the beers after only one sip ($7.50) and left the bar.t

Trespassing

I went to the palace station in Las Vegas Nevada, I had a few hundred dollars with me, so I can play and relax a little. As I was playing keno, some guy comes offering me to by a phone. After a brief conversation and me declining his offer, he lifted. Then out of know the head of security and another security officer approach me asking for my ID, and telling me I have to leave and that I'm not longer allowed at any station casino property. Due to the fact someone tried to sell me a stolen phone, when I had no knowledge or indication of the phone being stolen let alone I didn't even by the phone. Then head of security than took my Gold players card as they partly remove me from the property. I spent well over $200.00 in that establishment to get treated and cheated in such manner as well as getting my players card taken from me when I committed no crime or played no part in the situation at hand.

Santa Fe Stations Casino The cafe

the hostess seated four adults in the café. along with two other couples adults as we started to order the hostess came back in and started moving tables right up next to us there were three young women and seven or eight young children . I think you should retrain her to respect the older customers as we had to listen to them all thru the meal and she could have moved them to the other end . we had our kids we don't want to listen to other peoples . I don't think I will go back .the time was 4:oo pm thank you linda
